We want you to love your Velina Rose jewellery. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Once approved, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
How to return
- Email us at hello@velinarose.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back to us
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn or show signs of use
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in original packaging
